Our Notary office is authorized to administer oaths, certify documents, and attest to the validity and authentication of a signature. We act as a legal voice to support your signature to verify that the signature came from a willing person. In order to accomplish this, we need to witness you sign the necessary documentation in front of us and will need two pieces of identification to verify your identity. These pieces of identification include but aren’t limited to a valid government issued ID such as a Driver’s License or a Passport, a BC Services Card, a credit card, and/or a Social Insurance Card.

We’re here whether you need assistance with a contract or agreement, or need a notary public for any number of legal documents. Our office also has the authority to certify a document as a “true copy” of the original. It often becomes necessary to obtain and use copies of a document rather than to use the actual document itself and in cases such as this, we can certify the copy through the affixation of a signature, seal, and statement to that effect on the copy.
